About the Speaker

Sami Inkinen co-founded online real estate marketplace Trulia and was its COO and President until its IPO in 2012. Prior to co-founding Trulia, he worked at Microsoft, Nokia and McKinsey. He has a Masters in Engineering and MBA from Stanford University. Sami is most passionate about advancing human health and performance on a global scale and has invested in and helped health focused startups, such as MyFitnessPal, Augmedix, and Beddit. He is a triathlon world champion and recently rowed across the Pacific Ocean from California to Hawaii unsupported with his wife at a record speed to raise awareness about the dangers of sugar. He is still married.
