We are looking for a brilliant Content Marketing Associate to have a direct impact on the growth, engagement of our organization. They are responsible for:

  • Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites/company events, and encourages audience participation
  • Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management
  • Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
  • Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
  • Build out a multimedia library of content
  • Long-form article content creation and user-centric content strategies, including re-purposing and syndicating of long-form and short-form content
  • Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of product marketing and/or marketing experience with at least 1 year of experience in managing business social media accounts
  • Track record building and engaging online communities
  • Comfortable using marketing automation tools such as iMovie, WordPress, Canva and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent writing skills 
  • Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, CoSchedule and Instagram.
  • High energy and customer-focused approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a history of positive professional relationships
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
  • Bachelor’s degree
