Experience in corporate innovation, digital strategy, product development, and channel management in B2C and B2B across various industries: Banking, Telecom, Insurance, Retail, Training and Travel. Strong track record of building high-performing digital and product teams from the ground up and enabling agile delivery across large or small organizations while also leading design, engineering, web analytics, data science and marketing teams. Currently leading the Product and Customer Platforms team at Flighthub helping unlock the transformative power of travel for a better world. As a product geek, I am constantly looking to learn, share and ideate with like-minded practitioners. When not building amazing products, I enjoy re-energizing by traveling around the world with my family and experiencing high-adrenaline motor sports.

Toronto Chapter Head for Products That Count I am a digital product executive with over 20 years of experience in retail, digital media, and e-commerce. I’ve held both strategic and operational leadership roles at Canadian Tire, Torstar, Postmedia, eBay, and PayPal as well as start-ups. I am a servant leader who is humble, self aware, always learning, and excels at collaborating with stakeholders. I am a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, a father of two, pancreatic cancer awareness advocate, moved to Canada 13 years ago, and grew up in Boston, Massachusetts. I currently sit on the Product Management Program Advisory Council for York University which offers Canada’s first post-secondary product management program.
