About the speaker
Olivier Houpert Altria, Chief Innovation and Product Officer Member

In his role, he oversees Altria’s long-term product pipeline and building a comprehensive innovation system inclusive of partnerships and internal capabilities. Olivier has more than 30 years of experience in research and development, innovation and agile product development. He most recently held the position of Vice President, Research & Development at the Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) and was also P&G's Innovation Center site leader in Brussels, Belgium. Through his many roles of increasing responsibility at P&G, he has served as change agent and an ambassador of inclusion, diversity and equity while also developing highly successful consumer products. He is a graduate of Grenoble INP in France and from IFP School with two MS in Chemical Engineering.
