Introduction

About the guest: Andrea is Head of Customer Success at ProdPad, a SaaS web tool designed to help make the product managers’ lives easier. By providing a single interface that collects all of the input from an organization’s broad base of users (both external prospects & customers, and internal groups – like sales, customer care and legal), ProdPad provides product managers a single interface to manage all of the information and activities that goes into their very complex (and visible) role within their organization. Andrea has worked with startups, as well as SaaS, and experience in community engagement, technical writing, and product support. She speaks English, Spanish, French, and some Portuguese.

About the podcast: ProdPad Head of Customer Success Andrea Saez shares her experience with on boarding new users. On boarding is emotional, she argues- there must be a connection with users. Successful on boarding is about creating a positive interaction. Not everyone learns in the same way and so the more personalized your on boarding the better.
