About the Guest:
Leah Hunter has spent her career exploring the intersection of technology, culture, and design. She writes about the human side of tech for Fast Company, O’Reilly Radar, Business Punk, and mentors tech companies.
Formerly AVP of Innovation at Idea Couture and an editor at MISC Magazine, she is an ethnographer by both training and nature. She has lead innovation sessions for clients such as Banana Republic, Apple, PepsiCo, American Express, Electrolux, and Levi’s. When she’s not writing, you can find Leah: emceeing the SXSW Accelerator; leading IDEATE, a camp of entrepreneurs and world-changers at Burning Man; modeling; consulting for UnreasonableWomen.com; or teaching MBA courses and workshops on new technology and ethnography at grad schools.
