Susan Stavitzski is a Senior Product Manager at CarMax, the largest used vehicle retailer in the United States. She leads teams focused on improving the in-store experience for associates and customers. Before CarMax, she was Director of Product at a Richmond-based start-up focused on home improvement notifications. She started her career in Product at Snagajob, a job board for hourly workers, building marketplace products between employers and gig workers. Susan is passionate about customer discovery and sharing product practice principles.
