About the speaker
Aman Shah is a healthcare executive and entrepreneur with expertise in driving growth, revenue, and strategic partnerships in healthcare services. He currently serves as Vice President of New Ventures at VNS Health, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit home healthcare organizations and integrated Medicaid-Medicare health plans. Aman built the venture division from the ground up—overseeing venture investments, new company creation, and partnerships. Under his leadership, VNS Health co-launched two healthcare startups, Vitalic Health and Helpful. Prior to VNS Health, Aman built his career in management consulting, starting at Deloitte, specializing in new product development and go-to-market strategies. He is also the co-founder of BaNanaji Property Group, a real estate firm that transforms single-family homes into co-living spaces for young professionals. Aman’s passion for mission-driven innovation extends beyond business—he served as a volunteer first responder for over 12 years and is committed to launching and scaling ventures creates a meaningful impact for vulnerable populations
